Free Standard delivery: We currently offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £700 from efurniture247.co.uk. This offer is subject to availability and maybe withdrawn at any time without notice. Free delivery does not apply to any next day delivery service. Other delivery charges depend on the product and delivery address and are individually identified.
Delivery methods:
Smaller products are generally delivered by courier or by post. The standard delivery times for each product are listed on the individual product page.
If your product is to be delivered by courier, you may be given the option of choosing a premium delivery service for a small extra charge during the order process.
For larger products you will be contacted by our customer service team to arrange a suitable time for delivery when your goods are ready to be dispatched. Delivery of larger products will require a 2 man delivery team and as standard take place between 8am and 5pm on weekdays.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you will not incur additional delivery charges as a result.
Please note that delivery arrangements may differ if you choose a product deliverable direct from the manufacturer. You will be contacted by the manufacturer directly if this is the case.
If you would like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. Separate delivery charges will apply to each address.
For deliveries outside mainland UK we endeavour to find the best value shipping methods to keep delivery costs to a minimum. For these deliveries we will contact you prior to shipment to confirm the final shipping costs and arrange for any balance due prior to shipment.
